Terms & conditions
Draft internal-use terms for LMR Inventory.
1. Purpose and authorized use
LMR Inventory supports internal product records, stock receipts and releases, physical counts, movement history, and operational reports. Use your account only for work authorized by your organization and within your assigned access.
2. Account responsibility
Keep your sign-in details private. Do not share passwords, use another person’s account, or share password-reset links. Report suspected unauthorized access to your business administrator promptly.
3. Accurate records and physical checking
Enter accurate product, quantity, recipient, destination, and purpose information. Confirm a receipt or release only after the actual items and handover have been checked. Saving a draft alone does not change or reserve stock.
4. Branch access and confidentiality
Use only the branch and records needed for your authorized work. Do not attempt to bypass access controls. Treat inventory records, supplier and recipient details, item passes, and exported reports as internal business information and share them only with authorized recipients.
5. History and corrections
Posted stock movements and required audit records are preserved. Use the approved reversal, return, or stock-count adjustment workflow to correct records rather than attempting to alter historical entries. Archiving a catalog record does not erase its history.
6. Reports and operational review
Reports reflect recorded transactions and current system data. Review the relevant source records when investigating discrepancies. Estimated stock value uses current recorded product cost and is not a FIFO or weighted-average accounting valuation.
7. Access administration and questions
Your business administrator manages user roles and account access; a Superadmin manages branch assignments. Contact your administrator for access questions, suspected errors, or requests concerning business records.
